Terms & conditions
Stock items – All items shown on this website are, to the best of our knowledge currently in stock. If not in stock but
available to order, will be clearly stated on stock item photo. Orders should be placed via the site e-mail, telephone, or in
person at one of the events we attend. You will be sent an e-mail to confirm order, shipping confirmation (including
tracking information) and credit memos when necessary. We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt
of cleared funds.
When requesting a quote for a custom item you will need to provide an image or document containing as much
information as possible regarding said item you want us to build. This should include a sketch or picture of the item, as
many dimensions as possible (blade length, handle length, widths, etc.), colours and so on, as well as a description of the
item. We can accept Word documents, PDF’s, JPG’s, or PNG files. Once we receive your request we will get a quote to you
ASAP and include an estimated delivery time. The item will be added to the website upon completion as advertising, your
item will be bespoke and handcrafted so may be similar but never identical as another item. There is no charge for
quotations and we only charge extra for any additional materials used. However, please note requesting a quote does not
mean you have ordered said item. This is merely a request for information. Your quote will be valid for 30 days and you are
under no obligation to place an order. If you do not order the item within 30 days of the date of quote issue, the order will
become void. We also stipulate that if ordering a commission for collection at a specific event the cut off point for order is 3
weeks prior to event (provided deposit paid by this time), this is due to high demand on commission work. Orders for
custom items, once paid for (be it full payment of deposit) cannot be cancelled or returned. This is in line with the
Distance Selling Regulations pertaining to custom goods.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions:
We currently accept PayPal and BACS at all times, and Card Payments at events we are attending. We prefer BACS
payment but understand that it’s not for everyone. If you opt to pay by BACS please provide a reference to notify us who
you are i.e. your name and item ordered. Your order will then be put on hold and the item reserved for you for 7 days. As
soon as your payment has cleared our account you will be sent an invoice and your goods will be despatched if in stock, if
ordering something that is not in stock we will give you and estimated delivery time. If payment is not received within 7
calendar days, your order will be cancelled and the item returned to stock / not made. All payments must be made in
pounds sterling due to currency fluctuations and bank charges; we do not accept payment in other currencies.
All payments must be made in advance. We do not offer accounts and do not operate a ‘Cash on delivery’ system unless
you have made previous arrangements with us. Please bear this in mind when ordering an item for delivery to an event
(see Shipping and Delivery for further details of this service).
All prices on the site are correct at time of publication. We do not currently charge VAT.
Prices do not include shipping. We will calculate shipping cost and notify you. In the event of any price reduction, the
original and special prices will both be displayed. All promotions such as multi-buy discounts will be applied upon
Shipping & Delivery:
With the exception of custom orders, everything on this website is in stock and ready to send. All items will be shipped
within 2 working days of receipt of cleared funds, provided the correct shipping has been paid for. We are unable to send
orders until the correct amount had been paid. For deliveries within the UK we use a courier delivery system. Deliveries
outside UK are made by UPS.
If you are within the UK and need your order to be delivered on the next working day, (providing what you order is in
stock), you will need to order before 12:30pm UK time. If you need a timed or Saturday delivery, please let us know so that
we can give you a revised quote for shipping.
All orders are tracked and insured and your order should arrive within 7 days of receipt of cleared payment for UK
deliveries or 10 days for international orders, so if your order hasn’t arrived within that timeframe, please let us know so
that we can sort it out for you. Your parcel will need to be signed for so if you prefer, you can opt to have it sent to a
different address from your invoice address (for instance, your work address) to save you the bother of having to trek
across town to the delivery depot. We are happy to deliver your order to you at any event we are attending. However, in
the event that you are unable to collect your order we will contact you to arrange payment for shipping it to you. If we are
not able to deliver the order due to reasons at our end, we will contact you to confirm your delivery address and shipping
will be free.
Returns & Replacements:
Items usually get returned for 1 of 3 reasons:
You change your mind and no longer want the item or wish to exchange it for another item.
The item is damaged.
The item is not what you expect to receive.
Should any of these situations arise, please get in touch within 14 days of receipt of your order so that we can arrange for
the item to be returned to us. Depending on the reason for the return we may be able to arrange for collection at our
expense. However, if you change your mind you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations pertaining to custom made items, you do not have the right to return
custom made goods unless they are faulty, neither can you cancel you order once it is paid for. Also if you have used the
item in a battle returns are null and void, if damaged we offer first repair for free. This does not affect your statutory
As previously stated, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation when you place your order. If any details are incorrect, please
let us know immediately.
Privacy & Security:
We only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We
collect information about you for 2 reasons: Firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best
possible service. If you make a purchase from us, we may e-mail you in the future with news and offers.
You can opt out of all marketing e-mails at any time. We will however still e-mail you with information and documentation
relating to any orders you place with us. The type of information we will collect about you includes:
Your phone number.
Your e-mail address.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be
accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by contacting us. If you find any
inaccuracies we will delete or amend the information promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held
securely in accordance with the law. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This
includes using “cookies” which are stored in your browser. You can usually modify your browser settings to prevent this
happening; however doing so might stop you from being able to use the site fully. Information collected in this way could
be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
